Shipping Information

Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes. Origin Health ships to most countries worldwide.

If you're unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact us at support@originhealth.com and our team will be happy to assist you.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During periods of high demand, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Europe & United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 business days
  • Latin America: 8–20 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

If you have not received tracking information within a few days of placing your order, please contact us at support@originhealth.com.

Where Do Orders Ship From?

Origin Health operates globally through a network of fulfillment partners and warehouses.

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, your order may be shipped from the warehouse location closest to your destination.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by your country's customs authority.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 20 days, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment with the carrier.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property
  • Contacting neighbors or building management
  • Contacting your local postal carrier
